Today I be with Mr. Gogo, Mr.Kuat, Mr. Judy and Mr. Abdul from the marketing department of the pension. I'm here to learn a lot about bilateral communication because the staff here need to meet with customers to offer financing. I can also go down to the customer's home to see how they are looking for a customer. From there I can conclude that they are very patient and professional in the process of communicating with customers because in this area they are most likely to deal with aggressive customers and so on. But the staff here wisely control the problem. Syariah bank loans are also reasonably priced with low marginal cost which can reduce the burden of pensionable staff
